Studies show that nearly 50% of global brands are already incorporating video into their content strategy. Brian Halligan from Inbound Marketing gurus Hubspot recommends that at least 50% of marketing content should be video. Text and images are still an essential component, but video will eventually be expected as a part of the consumer experience, otherwise consumers will lose interest. “Diversify your content playbook to include social + video in addition to text + search” says Halligan.
