Jody is the founder and heartbeat of Sharpe Creative. With over 20 years experience, she is a small business branding and digital marketing expert who works closely with her clients to develop the best possible marketing solutions for their business and their budget.
Jody's ability to develop successful partnerships, manage client and stakeholder relationships and her meticulous project management skills have attributed to the success and longevity of the business. Sharpe Creative (Formerly Sharpe Design Solutions) is proud to have been named Finalists in the 2018 and 2017 Gosford/Erina & Coastal Chamber Business Awards and the 2016 Central Coast Business Excellent Awards.

Ella has her Cert IV in Design and is a digital all-rounder. She collaborates with Sharpe Creative on a project-to-project basis, lending her skills in graphic design, logo animation, website design, photography and videography, as more.

Janelle is a skilled marketing communications expert who has collaborated with Jody on several successful campaigns for more than 25 years. Janelle's strengths lie in critical and analytic thinking to develop strategic marketing plans across a broad spectrum of industries. Janelle has extensive experience in the Government sector and her ability to manage large, complex projects and engage key stakeholders allows her to deliver on KPIs for maximum ROI for our clients.
Janelle also brings over 25 years experience in media, including national promotional campaigns, strategic media buying and sales experience. She has a passion and flair for photography and through her business, Crazy Dog Creative, collaborates with Sharpe Creative on a number of creative projects.
